Full-Time Drum Educators

Full-Time working at My Drum School?

Unlike many music schools, we know how to run a successful company. Starting from a small apartment, we now operate 4 centres and teach 850 drum students every week. Our excellence has been recognized with the Singapore Promising SME award for Top 10 fastest growing companies in 2013. Join us and experience the focused-growth that we offer.

My Drum School has established a legacy over the past decade, and we are now a leading player in the music industry, with the opportunity to impact the lives of over 5,000 students. Having received 8 national awards, we are proud to be making a difference and are privileged to be able to do so every day.

We attract a wide range of talent, including Ministry of Education (MOE) music teachers, mid-career professionals, local music graduates, and first-time job seekers. We offer both teaching and support positions, from Head of Human Resources to Customer Support Officers. Our 1,400 sq ft headquarters features a fully functional 50-seater performance hall, providing our employees with an extraordinary opportunity to plan, innovate, structure, execute, and lead in an environment that is truly unique.

Our educators teach up to 50 students each week, but we also take the time to enjoy annual company retreats to fun destinations like Hong Kong Disneyland or Bintan Resorts. Our long-term employees even have the opportunity to receive all-expenses-paid trips to the USA.

If you’re interested in joining our team, we invite you to start as a part-time drum educator and get to know us better. And if you’re coming from another school, feel free to send us your resume.
